I went here about a month ago to remove my gel Nail polish. I only wanted the polish to be removed and my nails to be trimmed not repainted. For this the staff member wanted to charge me RM 30 for removal and RM28 for repainting as the cost to trim and paint the nails were the same. I explained to her that I did not want to paint my nails and willing to pay a small sum to get my nails trimmed but she was so rude about the whole encounter. I understand that there might be fixed prices and to be honest the inflexibility did not bother me but the rudeness did. If u want good service, think twice about this place
