REPORT Croc's Playcentre PLAYGROUNDS Derrimut, VIC Not happy to give them even half a star. Please read to know why. I had birthday party arranged for my son's birthday party last saturday on 9th july at derrimut crocs play centre. When i went there and paid deposite everything was ok but after that very bad customer service and rude staff. I called to ask question and the lady named"Rose.." Was very rude and seem like she is favouring me by giving me free party arrangements. She was always keeping my conversation to end like not interested. I told her this as well saying i am really paying lot to do this party because i thought this centre is new but doesnt mean she can answer like this.!! Very disappointed. I still kept the same place for party because I already paid non refundable deposit and invitation was given. Ok now on the birthday party day, we reached an hour before they were giving us a room. Offcourse hour will be good for kids to play and then cake cut and food after that one hour but when I reach the same lady respons was like rude again. N other staff were following similar attitude too. Infact one of the first parent of our party arrived with the kid and she has been told not to go inside untill you buy something!!! Really? I invited 21 kids to the party and if you see the cost of this centre is higher then any centre in western suburbs of melbourne. On the day of party this place was horribly busy like you cant even find your own party invite people. Also, adult food platers arrived very late, it was so embarrassing to see guest when there was no food. The host was supposed to be with kid and entertain them or even atleast serve the food. Food wasnt enough for kids. Basically the party host wasnt there, she just came to drop something, and when i asked her about something she literaly start making faces and being rude. I have never come accross such a bad customer service and unorganised place, if they were full in party they should have enough staff. Literaly this party was waste of money and no fun at all. Please review before you pay deposit. I did 4 birthday parties so far but this was a nightmare i would say and expensive nightmare.
