Look at all the fake reviews in their Google Place. They bold the below notice in their presentation. "Images used are indicative and intended for illustrative purposes only. Particulars do not constitute any part of an offer or contract. Details may vary and are subject to change without prior notice" this indicates that they do not need to fulfill anything they put in the Presentation. This New Developer also hires the Project Person In Charge to manipulate and lure other third parties to promote their project and ended up undercut their customers. There are more reputable projects nearby. Stay away from this project.
