During the verbal discussion it was agreed the membership would only be for 1 month, and payment will be made by cash, but when the discussion came, to my horror they have signed me up for a 12 months membership, and insist I have to settle all my outstanding and now I have to pay a penalty fee to cancel! I refused and sued the gym for it, compensationg rm 400.
