I was at the highway drive thru around King Fisher around 11.15am today. I was appalled by this young man who referred me as Old chinese' cina tua', which I think was very rude and uncalled for. Yes, I'm old, not too old, yes, I'm a Chinese but I was offended being referred as one as I think it was disrespectful of him. Perhaps your staff should be trained on being more courteous and respectful. He didn't even bother to apologize when I stated my discomfort, instead another young lady apologized on his behalf. I love McDonald's but not to this kind of treatment. Tq
