We hires tgem for 24 nursing coverage we were told that nuraing staff is trained in ICU nursing and the fact was that the nuraing staff can't read mesication labela in English. The nuraing staff level was at care aid they were not trained even to do IV meds, dose calculations, bed care. They take advance but will never give you rexeipt of it. Tgey said that we will have a refund if we don't require thwir service's but they never returned our unused money.
