Bistro 37 - This Restaurant May Be The Best In Poland... Even Europe!

I have been to many countries and had many meals in restaurants. I used to be a restaurant reviewer for a lifestyle magazine in Dublin City, Ireland. I was staying in Radom for a week (in Aug, 2016) getting some work done on my teeth. I happened across Bistro 37 by chance one rainy evening with a friend. Cautious about ordering a few courses (as I am too often disappointed by most restaurants' offerings), we only ordered a starter: Thai soup. I was extremely impressed, not only by it's delicately spicy authentic flavour, but also the generous portion. It was with confidence that we ordered a main course each. My friend had the spaghetti carbonara and I the spaghetti aioli (not certain about the name - but it was a simple dish with red chili, fresh coriander and garlic) and both dishes were absolutely superb! I have had pasta dishes all over the world, but - and it seems odd to say - I now believe the best pasta dishes are to be found in a town called Radom, in Poland. Fresh food with tongue-tingling flavors delivered in generous portions, friendly staff wearing smiles who seem genuinely happy to serve you, and a simple black and white decor all add up to make this the only restaurant I am willing to recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Poland. Damn - even if you're not in Poland - go anyway! With lots of thanks to Daria and all the wonderful staff we had the pleasure to meet on our various visits. Hope to see you all again soon X 8-)
