Nice property, well managed with lovely caretakers who can cook very tasty local cuisines. Had a perfect BBQ with few of my friends who came for a field visit at Laxapana and Surrounding hydro power stations. Best place to stay in the area with very comfortable beds. Wifi, Hot water, Satellite TV, Linen all provided by them. You can't ask for any more for the budget they offer, ideal for a 8-10 group.
