Concord rent a car - Unprofessional, rude and liars

Do not use this company. They are completely unprofessional, rude and blatant liars. I arrived with my family at Athens airport to find out that they had forgotten the child seats and GPS ( i have a 2 year old and a 6 year old) They spend 45 minutes phoning around to locate them and then told me we had to drive 40 km to their office in the centre of town to pick them up because there was only one person in the office and they couldn't leave. As this would be unsafe and probably illegal I asked for my money back. The member of staff refused saying the boss was on holiday. When I saw the car it was smaller than the one i had ordered - I ordered a nissan note or similiar and they sent a confirmation of a Hyundai H10 which i foolishly presumed was similar as promised. It wasn't. I asked for a bigger car and they said there wasn't one. I then said I was going to rent a car from Sixt as i was now 2 hours late and had to travel for 4 hours to the hotel. They then changed their minds and said I could have a bigger car but for over 700 euros. Sixt were offering me an Audi A3 for 500 euros and I was so fed up I said I would post the truth about their service on as many review sites as i can find. The member of staff then phoned the boss's wife and agreed to give me my money back. It's 3 weeks later and they have now said they won't refund me. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are unprofessional, rude and blatant liars.

You denied it and kept threatening us in order to achive a full refund.
