having lived here 30 plus yrs this shop didn't change owner but change kitchen hands. right now the YTF tasted the worst ever. even if I simply mix my own Worcester, otsen paste, oyster whatever bla bla it's tons nicer. the sauce sastrd like starch and salt. no characteristics too. the YTF low quality and small, mostly salty as well lacks character. mind you, speaking from 30+yrs experience with this shop. if I was the owner I would be ashamed to serve it to customers. Don't believe try it.
