Haagen-Dazs Queensbay Mall - Bad and rude services

On 09 Sept 2016, I have been told by my friend said that register yourself at Haagen-Dazs website will get free a scoop of ice-cream, so I registered at Haagen-Dazs website and go to Haagen-Dazs Queensbay Mall to get the free scoop. Initially, I am going to buy extra scoop since I already arrived that store, however the bad staff said cannot try if no buy, after I redeem the free scoop, another rude and bad staff told me cannot stand in the store. If Haagen-Dazs not able to give the free scoop OR not willing to give the free scoop to public, then DO NOT publishes this campaign to public and let public shamed of you. I come to your shop is giving you a change to sell something and do business with me, not for the your bad and rude services provided. If you want to provide bad service to public then please mentioned in big board said that no trying for free scoop and have to get out from store immediately after redeem the free scoop and not allow standing in the shop. This is the worst and rude services that I never met before. No wonder there is no business for Haagen-Dazs and have to get free scoop to public, so cheap to lower down Haagen-Dazs. I have been support Haagen-Dazs for many years and I will not support Haagen-Dazs started from yesterday. I shamed of you, such a cheap brand.
