I went there today after waiting down stairs on the road as I couldnt get into the premises for well over 10min after my booked appointment time, should of asked for my money back as they claim on there sight if you are more than ten min late no refund, I asked for a specific girl to do my eyebrows Veronica but no I got another girl Taya or TaTa something like that. There was no privacy had to share a room with another lady, the eye brow technicians both were chatting to each other loudly through out my whole treatment, and the eye brow job was terrible. Not worth the money or time not to mention the bed they lay you on had a black sheet on it that was cover covered in Hair disgraceful the whole room looked dirty should of walked out but I didn't. Would never recommend this service to anyone. 20th October 2016
