I saw all the wonderful reviews for the jobs that this landscaper had done so I hired him to do some landscaping, level out my lawn and put artificial grass in my garden. He asked for a cash job ($$$7300) if I wanted to save money.why not! He said I would still get a receipt and warranty for the work, which he kept saying he would deliver but hasn't, in fact asking for more money if I want it. He did the job 3 months ago but 3 weeks later I started seeing weeds come through the artificial grass. He came back to apparently rectify it and said he would put a weed barrier where the weeds were. Upon researching and joining an artificial grass Facebook page, it has become apparent that he cut corners and didn't do the prep work that he should have or put down a weed barrier (which is a must). He also installed the plants which I had laid out for him. When I returned home from work, some of the plants were in the wrong places, he said he would come back and sort it out and I never heard back from him. I have tried upon numerous occasions to contact him, left him voice messages and text messages but he has not replied. He has seen a single mother who knows very little about gardening and taken advantage (and her money).shame on you! I have given him the chance to rectify his mistakes but he chooses to ignore me and hopes I will just go away. It will not stop here, I will be contacting ato and make an application to QCAT. If you are reading this, sort out this mess that you have created!
