would not ever use these guys again. i picked my car up after having installed a reverse camera, stereo and amp/sub combo and drove home. i was soon to notice that my central locking and automatic windows did not work. i rang them back up and they assured me that it was nothing to do with them which i have had the car for about 8 years and never had that issue. i took it back to them which they broke another part of my car trying to find out what was wrong and tried to tell me that i said it was ok to break. after them not being able to fix the original issue which caused my central locking not to work now i have no auto windows, no central locking and a broken door rest panel. i was then told that they could not help me and it was my problem to fix. i took it to an auto electrician of my choosing and they fixed the problem within a couple of hours and i was $$$300 out of pocket. they had drilled through a wire in the scuff plates under the door frame. i then advised the bj auto sound that i want them to pay for the damages and so on and they gave me the run around and ended up never doing anything to help. so now $$$300 out of pocket from another company and a broken door rest panel i would never use these guys again. Also while i was picking my car up i saw them using an angle grinder on the inside of someones car attempting to install a stereo
