Visited Kristal last week. Ordered a beer. No bill came so I asked for one. Anyway I ordered a second one and again asked for bill (ratun). Ignored. Upon leaving I was passed via 3 members of staff to a woman who charged double of nearby bars. She was offensive. Smoked and then went indoors and served without washing her hands. In Croatia it is mandatory for a bill / receipt to be given to the customer. She refused - even after I had paid.
