The females that work here are the most miserable terrible workers ever. I gave them something to fix. They told me they would call me with a quote. They never did. They got mad when I came to the store in person. The quote was already ready They just never called me and blamed it on the business they don't even have. Since that time they were angry and just decided they would not work on my item. I brought the item in on the 1st of this month. I came today and it's still not ready. I told them just give me the item and my money back. The lady had a smug attitude saying it will be back Sunday since we don't have it. They make no sense. They say they are ordering the piece so that the jeweler that works in store can fix it. How long does that take? Why can't I get an update. So again they are mad because I came asking for it. It's my item and if I wanna come to the store and ask what's the progress, your customer service answer should be polite. Acting like I'm bothering you because you have my stuff. She was happy to say they will give me back my item, because they never attempted to fix it in the first place. Ignorant people. They were mad because I needed it for a special event on the 17th. They were real adamant on saying it won't be ready by then, and I was ok with that. A whole month later and not a single thing done???? This place is a joke. No wonder no one buys anything from here. The real jewelry place is on the other side by the shirt printing place.
