Hello Agacia, trails of Kampar i am talking about. I moved in here and i already sign the tenancy agreement. You all suddenly called up and asked to return the agreement. You all changed something in it and asked us to sign again. Without valid reason. Wtf. I know why you all do so. Please. We students are not stupid.

Did the place obtain CF when you all moved in? Developer might be cheating, twist and turn wif law.

I hear from friends, they say the place was rented out to students before getting CF. That is why when my friend wanted to look at his unit, the management was panicked and keep on giving excuse to my friend. We all drive around the unit my friend bought, we saw that unit was occupied but management was telling lie to my friend. It is a bad experience lar.
