A cousin brought venison ( deboned ) in to be made into burger and breakfast sausage, wasn't mixed or ground thoroughly. It looked awful. Breakfast sausage tasted ok but again looked terrible. In addition, for what he brought in he didn't get back nearly enough. Wont be going back.
