My name is Carmen Yeo. I have being playing tennis at tasik titiwangsa since 1990. I am very regret to make the following complaints : - 1) Office operating hour. As an working woman i only can visit to kompleks sukan tasik titiwangsa for payment at about 12pm or 4pm. But everytime the kompleks staffs ie named Marianna/Siti always complaint that i come too late and they might not able to go back earlier Hereby i really sincere to suggest that hopefully kompleks can extend office hour ie on saturday; . 2) Attitude staff I knew that i am a single chinese woman lady and i love to play tennis at tasik titiwangsa. Tasik titiwangsa is a very nice place and i love it too. However i really hope i can treat equally as other players at kompleks tennis titiwangsa. I donot want to be scolded/complaint by the staffs at office everytime i visit it for payment. I dunt think i made any mistake at tasik titiwangsa. I afraid i might accidentally overlook any matters and i hope officer can highlight to me properly and not asked the clerks to scold/complaint to me in a very poor manner.
