Regal Nails Perth City - Bad service/over charged

One of the worst experiences with bad service. I walked into a busy salon on 23rd Sept. @ Forest Chase (Perth City railway station), however though they were busy, the staff received me. I went in for a pedicure (SeaScrub deluxe 35) and Acrylic set ($ 40+15 for Gel Polish). For my Pedicure although I requested normal polish, they insisted that I have Gel polish as the “normal” would not dry by the time I finish (it took 2 hrs in the salon– I am sure that the normal nail polish should have dried by then unless they use some kind of paint!). I was made to seat at a pedicure “spa” (not very clean) with cold/warm water. I requested the water to be hotter, but was told that it would get hot later on – never did, only got colder! After some time one lady began doing my feet – less than half way through she left me to attend to another customer. A while later another lady continued with the pedicure, while someone else began with my nails. I asked the lady who began doing my nails if she could take off the bit of dry skin around the cuticles, and she said that I would have to pay for an additional manicure. I agreed thinking she would do a proper manicure but all she did was push down the cuticles, which any way would have been done for the acrylic procedure. At least 2 - 3 more different ladies continued with by nails and feet, leaving me at intervals to receive and attend to new clients. It was very unprofessional. The end result – my finger nails were different lengths and even though it was gel/Shellac polish they got smudged as I was attempting to pay, and the polish had to be reapplied (usually this should never happen). As for the pedicure, although I asked for the deluxe, the sea scrub was not done, no massage, etc. Very basic. However, I was charged $ 120 and left very disappointed never to return to this salon. I left on holiday the same evening, hence the delay in this review.
