Farmacia Delta SA - They HATE foreigners, and admit it too

Amazing; We discovered an additional disease next to Corona: Delta Pharmacy in Locarno. It turns out that official pharmacists charge huge amounts of money for a PCR test that is mandatory, and everyone should want to undergo. However, this pharmacist has managed to turn it into a nightmare for us and our young children. I cannot think of a good reason why NOT to file a complaint at the police. If something smells like a scam, it's most likely a scam. We are first sold a test that would be valid for 72 hours, although we indicated that this may not apply to Italy, the pharmacist assured us that it was not correct. For a total amount of 600 euros for 4 people we let our family get a PCR test. The result would appear after 30 to 40 hours. What followed was crazy. After waiting outside for two hours in a relatively long line where only only locals received a form outside. For some reason only foreigners had to fill in the medieval PCR-form inside. Clearly their 'own people' where given all the time and explanation outside to fill in this form, we had to do it quickly with broken pens at a messy table where we were hardly assisted in a very arrogant, unfriendly and condescending way by two lazy assistants who are apparently there for show. Lady 1 pointed out carelessly and incorrectly what about what we had to fill in, lady 2 checked and signed the forms carefully and made some animal noises. The slowness was exceptional, not for accuracy, but both ladies were almost too lazy to breathe on their own. When that drama was over, we arrived at the general. This professional nose-picker with half a mask and open coat thought it was all going slow with all those stupid cows, and clapped his arrogant hands to call the next test cow around the corner of a wooden divider. This guy would to be fired by Al Capone for lack of people-skills, he could only talk when there were foreigners to offend. You all can't write! he yelled throughout the room, shuffling our family's tests on his small amateuristic table. General Nosepicker yelled that we must fill out all the forms again. Trembling with anger, we were forced to fill in the forms again, the handwriting of course didn't get any better that way. If it really was that unreadable, the accurate lady 2 should have noticed that. After 30 hours of cooling down, not all results arrived yet. A short email exchange with the lab revealed that the results could take 24 to 48 hours after the lab receives the test. Ours was delivered 8 hours after the actual test, and some even the next morning! This means that our tests would take up to 72 hours in the worst case, in our case that was much too late for our flight. Fortunately it went faster, and we got the results just in time. There we where, 600 euros lighter but well prepared at Milan airport. Let’s check in and go home quickly! NOT; the test had expired! In Italy, the test was only valid for 48 hours. In short… A PCR test that can take 72 hours is therefore expired a whole a day after the result appears! In Italy they are doing better, we were able to do an allergen test fast for another 200 euros. The explanation of the owner was very clear. He stated that if foreigners just do not come to Switzerland, if would not be so busy. Fine, but he wasn’t too busy to grab our money!
