23/10/2016 around 4pm when we dine in at 许留山 IOI mall Putrajaya,The manager who name Wai Hun (Joon Zai) was very rude when we politely asking some questions and giving some feedback due to the menu. But this manager said us that very stupid to asking the problem of the menu n he had no intention to apologize to us. As a manager, when ur customer are giving u feedback or maybe not sure about the menu, no matter what happen u need to answer our question not saying the customer stupid or what.. I'm seriously doubt with ur employees and hardly made me to recommend to my friends to ur shop. I hope ur management will improve about this problem. Pls train ur staff to serve customer better.
