Very dirty place. Mouldy showers and cockroaches. More unemployed people than students live there. The live in care taker is an ex crim that takes smokes drugs and intimidates the tenants. A very unenjoyable experience staying there and it would be my last resort. The owner is a nice man but unfortunately doesn't care enough to fix the problems.
