Patricia was rude and and after I told her I was uncomfortable, she kept arguing with me over text on how the reading was a waste of time. I told her I had a hearing loss and she said "the spirits are telling me that you don't have a hearing loss and that you're being difficult." Unprofessional and disrespectful. Why would I lie about a disability? Lol Would not recommend!
