On two occasions now I've had a notice left saying the parcel can be picked up & that the delivery driver had tried to contact me. On BOTH of these occasions I was home & at no point did anyone try to contact me saying I had a parcel. We pay extra money for postage services, one of those services include not having to go to the post office to collect the items myself. Very lazy drivers & very bad customer service. The people at the post office itself, they are wonderful. It's the drivers who need to pick up there game.
