Trivium Licensed cafe and restaurant - A big shame

We ordered entrees which sounded delicious, but were not. They came out 15 mins apart. Trio of scallops, prawns and oysters. Two of the oysters were definitely off, scallops with corn purée and pink grapefruit was very ordinary. I had Grilled Barramundi, steamed veggies were $8 extra which made my meal $40 I don't mind paying for good produce, but was disappointing. My wife ordered garlic prawns with rustic bread. It came out prawns pappardelle, not bad, but not what I ordered. The young girl who was doing table service was obviously doing her best, but the service was slack. We told her two of the oysters were off, she gave us $4 discount, which doesn't make it good.
