I rented home in this society. It is newly constructed 1bhk but had worst experience with owner & agent. Initially they behave like a very genuine person but once you pay deposit amount, that's it. Had lot of issues in communicating with owner and finishes up pending work from his end. Also didn't receive all house keys from agent. Both were getting together and playing games with you. Even on leaving house, I had to follow up many times with owner regarding deposit amount. And even in that, I had to fight with him as he deducted unnecessary charges. Also I moved in house 4 days prior to start of new month, for which I had paid rent but when I left few days before end of month, owner deducted full month rent. Looks like the owner is only interested in earning money by cheating. Even it's almost a month but I didn't hear back anything regarding light bill amount, which he already deducted in advance without physical bill. Be careful tenants. Seriously, I had nightmare stay over there.
