It has been 5 months since the last time i get my return investment fee from Agacia land, tried to contact them many times. answer remain the same as the datuk is not in la. accountant that handle my file is not in la. cut the bullshit. tried to email agacia land for answer, they rebuffed by message by saying they are not responsible for any contract agreement as they are only the developer. meaning, the contract we signed earlier in Kampar during purchase is no longer liable by Agacia Land but Agacia Hootel & Ressort sdn bhd. ??? and they recently got the galls to demand payment from me for the recent fire insurance they purchased on behalf of me for my unit??? Thanks alot.. Mayb i should look at my agreement that i signed 4 years back and we shall see how this game can be played.

town villa. and up until now. no rental return from agacia hotel management.. i bought this uptown villa wheb they launch their project 4 years back. i got my first rental on time on january. then got my feb & march on april. then another two month late for my apr and may. the last is jun payment on aug. and up until now i havent received a single penny from them. i found out that my unit is indeed occupied by students now? and Agacia is getting the rental from them. and why they did not pay me back??? i should i launch a police report? and kick them out of my villa for not paying the rental??

be prepared for more bullshit from Agacialand / Agacia Hotels & Resorts / Trails of Kampar. You know what, they started to open up the villa for students to move in when the Certificate of Fitness was not even obtained yet. They were putting lives at risk. You can see how idiot this type of management is. They lied to owners telling that the unit was not rented out yet, but in fact they already allowed students to move in. This was very irresponsible. How ignorant the staffs can be for accepting this kind of "rules" of game. CLAP FOR AGACIALAND! AGACIALAND BOLEH!

And i felt so pity for you, like your contract is being kicked here and there. I dont know what was their purpose of doing so, but obviously they are treating u like an jackass. Agacialand or Agacia hotels and resorts, they are all managed by the same fucking team of staffs!
