Pathetic Customer Service and inefficient staff at counter. Had the worst experience ever. Staff was extremely rude and poor listening and customer service skills. We were placing our order on phone at 5:35 pm this evening for a large pizza and wanted to check how much was the meal for.Your staff who took the order informed the large meal was for $25 and we agreed to order that. But when my friend went to receive the order the counter guy told him that he has to pay$40 for the meal.He charged us $40 for his mistake.He was unapologetic and rude.He was not ready to accept his mistake for not taking the order properly and did not even double check the order while taking it. We left the pizza's and money at this behaviour. It looks like this store only wants to double his sale like committing mistake themselves and than blaming it on the customers so that they pay for it. That was our last purchase from you and we will spread the word so that people should know about your unfair dealings with customer
