Aiai Nursing Home is an exceptionally abusive and incompetent facility. They openly disobey basic standards of care for their disabled patients. Their front-line employees and management are a sadistic, vile crew incapable of introspection or improvement. They are disgusting people with no conscience! Shortly after moving into the Aiai Nursing Home, Professor Ku frequently suffered pneumonia and urinary tract infections. He ultimately required hospital admission for treatment. Aiai's force-feeding practices and their poor diaper change practice caused these problems. Professor Ku suffers a number of other issues due to Aiai's neglect and incompetence, and they aggressively bully family members to cover up their neglect.
