if looking to rent or buy then run far away from bayswater. the facilities are not maintained proper, security acts as nazi"s and no remorse for actions, they will harrass your guests, kept u from entering in your vehicle, refuse overnight visitors, and if name not on lease or ownership not allowed in facility.. the location is out of the way and with no transportation with restrictions have fun with the 1km walk to the gate to catch a tricycke. the homeowners association staff are the worst to be seen and issues never dealt with.. if renting from association good luck as maintnence will half fix anything and the company responsible for rentals blames the homeowners association for most issues
