This SACCO office staff are fantastic. I forgot a piece of luggage in their matatu traveling from Muranga to Thika on 25th May 2022. When I reported the matter to their Thika office, they took my contacts, and sure enough, 4 hours later, they called to tell me the luggage had been deposited in the place of origin, Muranga. I got my luggage when I got back to Muarnga in the evening safe and intact. Kudos MTN SACCO
