When the head chef is in charge and present in the kitchen and there's dining room supervision, then & ONLY THEN, you will get xlnt food & good service. Otherwise though, more often than not, I got awful service & the dishes come ordinary but not bad. A few times I left bcuz begging for a menu, glass of ice cubes, and trying to order drinks or appettizers is a chore. They struck out. I noticed they don't pay much attention to their customers needs nor comforts. Their buffets, during holidays & breakfast are fine, especially early on. This resto has a long way to go to be 5 stars along with the rest of the hotel.
