I am a biker and a regular visitor of the place. There seem to be a change in management. Reason being I have had two visits in last one week, both with my guests. On first diner, the service was pathetic. Despite low rush hours and a week day, just one karhai was served in 1 hour 15 mins. I had to ask for GM to get the service quick, but futile. Karhai was also pathetic with poor sense of serving by the waiters. No regards for manners and cleanliness. Second visit was today in the morning. There seemed to be only 2-3 waiters for entire resturant, pathetic sense of cleanliness, waiters were throwing away food remains on ground while cleaning tables. This caused stray cats and flies to spoil the environment. Even once we have consumed the food, due to sun we shifted to other table, the waiters did not clean the table and stray cats jumped over the table to eat our left over food from bowls. I had to run for waiters each time i needed anything. Worst experience for cleanliness, food and service. The way management is sleeping, soon bikers like me will stop bringing families and friends to Khajut. SIMPLY PATHETIC AND FILTHY PLACE, it has become.
