The manager of this store was so rude to my son today. He has a small receding hair line he is self-conscious about. He wanted a trendy style that was parted on the side. She yelled out loudly in front of everyone in the salon "no, I need to part in the middle to cover this big hole you have at the side here" and pointed at his receding hairline. He is 11. He burst into tears when we got in the car. I called the manager to complain and her response was "he should toughen up". I have let all my friends and family know never to approach this business again!!!!
