I had complain to HONDA for 2 times about my both front door trim/panel got rattling sounds during driving on uneven roads..during first time they have finished up my petrol by testing the car and finally said already fix it..on the same day when I drove my car, still can hear the rattling sound.i sent my car to the Honda service centre Rawang for 3rd service and complained to them again and request them to change the door panel/trim..however, they said this parts only can be replace if broken..after a long waiting and finally they said the problem is already fixed..The rattling sound still there the moment I drove my car from the service centre even though I have complained to them 2 times..this is not my experience..from my personal experience, in Malaysia money is more important than customer service..when you purchase the product everything you demand is on green light but after you purchase the product, the genuine complain you make on the product the response will be on red light..
