I have always washed my car at RUTTER'S, however that will never happen again. We stopped at car wash in New Cumberland of 83 just south of turnpike exit. Our car was scratched from the front to the back of the car by their car wash. Employees at store were very helpful in filling out a Carwash Vehicle Damage Report. They indicated that their carwash is always broke down and has cause numerous vehicle damages. They took pictures of the damage and forwarded them in with the damage report to the Corporate Office. That's when things to a turn for the worst, the Operations Supervisor, Steven F. Kissinger met me in the office parking lot and immediately took me that they carwash could have cause the damage to my car and then continue to asked if I bought the car new or used (which I told him I purchased the car brand new) and that I use their car washes all the time and this is the first time I have had an issue with one of their car washes. He continued to deny that their carwash could cause the damage and that store hasn't had any other reports of vehicle damage. It felt like he was calling me a liar, when in fact the employees at that store location told me to stay away from their carwash because of all of the issues they have had with their carwash. So much for doing the right thing RUTTER'S FARMS. You just lost a very loyal customer and will never use any of your stores in the future. i will leave my attorney and insurance company to handle this issue for me. For anyone reading this - I used their car washes all the time, so be warned, RUTTER'S Farm stores will damage your car then call your a lair to your face.
