Hoi Keen Auto Service (Proton Service Centre) - worst service

'd claim insurance for car accident,n when I get my car back,they said the cooling coil is leaking and it has nothing to do with the accident. how come its nothing to do with the accident as my aircond was well function before the accident. it must be because of the accident or during the car was in their hand. my guess is,when they submitted the first quotation to etiqa,they dont realize the coil was affected. and after they realize it,they are too lazy to submit another quotation so they just say it has nothing to do with the accident. but the cooling coil is broken in their hand. the one who incharge named veni,she is too rude and arrogant. she is really not professional and she really has attitude problem from the very first she call me about this matter. she even yell at me before I lost my patience and fight back. I hope u learn how to deal with people or u if u hate your job so much,please quit. I don't deserve the job if you don't know how to speak well with customer.
