Very Rude and Shabby. I went in to sell a couple of 14Kt gold rings. He immediately takes them in the back and starts with a lowball price like $70 for both. I explained that gold is $1665 a troy ounce (31 grams) and 14kt is about 60% gold. I had to ask for my rings back at least three times. He got nasty at this point and I began to wonder if he had some mental issues. He then started yelling insults at me as I walked out. People just don't behave that way in this day and age. It's bad business and word gets around. If you go in there beware of lowball offers, aggressive and hyper behaviour & rudeness.
