purchase wireless service on April 14th 2017 returned device April 15th 2017 Total cost was $78 the amount of my refund was $21.64 jpp Enterprise AKA Cricket Wireless which is a franchise would not refund me activation fee and monthly plan fee for a total of $55 because the store manager said that they can only refund the amount of the device purchased they do not refund activation and monthly plan fee. I contacted Cricket Wireless customer services 1-800 number and they inform me that they were trying to defend me the additional fees but could not because they had already gone through the system I'd only on the phone for 15 hours before returning for a refund the refund policy stated you have 7 days to return your device for a refund and that it was up to the manager of the Cleveland Texas store whether or not she wanted to give me the refund so I went back into the store and ask for the manager and told her what the representative from Cricket Wireless said and she stated but they were a franchise and that they did not apply by the same rules as Cricket customer service corporate office and denied me my total refund as she rolled her eyes and the other girls stayed in the bag so not to have to be the one to deal with my problem the customer service representative stated that she believed it was totally unfair as do I. Metro PCS will give you a total refund for device activation fee a monthly plan if you return within the seven days becauseI have had to do so with MetroPCS they were great I live way out in the country and could not get a signal so therefore the phone did me no good I do not suggest using Cricket Wireless especially if you're going to get yours in Cleburne Texas on Henderson Street you'll be in for a rude awakening if you can't get service in your area because they will tell you that there sorry we can't help you
