Welland Court Clerk Not helpful when filing Estate documents where I need helpful information, No offer to Notarize affidavit or other documents pertaining to applicant's case. Emailed asking for three areas I need help or applicant' filed documents, ie Certified Copy of Will. Jul 6, no reply as yet.
