This regards with my birth cert. how could happened that changing from blur to clear make so long, I've process this 5years ago, and untill now Iam stilll waiting for this birth cert. that i even paid for fees for changing it, I even make a letter to send to main office as youre office/ staff instructed. and now that im going to follow up after they gave a endorsment slip last year because the cityhall office/NSO of Pasig can't even saw a clear copy from the data base. and the staff there at Tuguegarao will only say I need to secure a afidavit. why only now. she didn't even say that when i was there. I think it was like your'e not organize. today I'm planning again to home manila to Tuguegarao just for that paper, please have a good service.! I already wasted many opportunities just because of that. Even my family are disturb from they work just to get there always, but nothing is good happened, different process will be instructed.
