Kedai RM2 Pekan,Pahang - Review for Kedai RM2 (ECO Shop) Pekan, Phg.

Pricewise, quite good value for money. Spacewise, very narrow passage from rack to rack (limited for only one person to walk through at one time). Arrangement of stock are done during business operation hours, so it worsen limited space problem to congestion! Most of foreign workers are not well verse in B. Malaysia, so they are not a help at all for most inquiry on location and availability of products. Observed many times, they do not respond when requested by old folks to bring down item from top rack. Local staff are not customer friendly, could hardly see their welcoming smile and "not customer oriented" (especially female staff) as no courtesy/ignore to attend to customers enquiry. Most of the time they are busy talking to each other during business hours at the corners of shop. Space between display racks and main counters are very limited therefore always congested with customers and full loaded baskets queing for payment process. Word of thank you and smile is scarce from staffs attending payment counters. Highly recommended to improve (increase a bit more) on space between display racks and move back display racks from main counter area for a reasonable space for customers to await for payment process. Highly recommended staff to be sent to customer service training and also effective communication training for foreign workers to close the earlier said gaps. My free advice: Though the shop is "Kedai RM2" still staff smile and courtesy is free ... so, why are being too calculative on that?
