Placed a deposit in April for a female puppy, to be sired by a specific Male ready summer of 2022. Sad to say Heidi stopped communicating any updates, after 3wks I contacted the owner of the sire. Found out there was no scheduled breeding for this male at this Kennel. Requested a refund and got no response. I then told her that I had opened a file with the BBB and the RCMP. At that time she emailed and said she would give me a full refund the next day. Eight days later still had no refund, posted a review on google review at nine pm on a Tuesday, by 8am Wednesday morning, I had a partial deposit refund. She has not responded to my request for the balance of the deposit. Buyer beware!
