In all our communication threads we have agreed to give you a refund and have only asked to collect our donor unit we Brough to your home for cross reference/programming and you clearly refused. There is email evidence. We have never ignored you for a week, there is email evidence aswell. All of a sudden you turned out to calling us names, You have gone everywhere to leave lies and verbal abuse which do not represent us. We came out to the car to help and program the donor unit to the car but we couldn’t communicate with both units using our diagnostics tool. We have repaired units for over hundreds of customers all around the Uk and other parts of the world and they are ready to dispute your reviews and opinions about us. We are not scammers, fraudsters.
