Ultimate Exotique Travel - Unhappy, disappointed customer

Booked cruise to Namibia in 2019 for April 2020.Full amount made in Jan 2020, due to COVID-19 everything was put on hold. 5th March 2021 signed the form for the refund as that was on of the option given to us TNT was 120 days to date we have received our money. Katie the owner kept on promising to pay or ignoring messages sent to her. What make matters worse booking number was requested to check with MSC if our booking was done, she can't provide us with it. Numerous attempts made to get our money back to date we still waiting, we don't even know where are the offices now. I'm very disappointed, frustrated, depressed.
