This man is dishonest and a con. He illegally forced us to buy floor plans for a home HE failed to build for us in 2017. He kept $$$900 of our down payment stating it was for the floor plans and refused to release us out of the contract. This prevented us from being able to buy a home elsewhere with a new realtor. He knew that. He was the one who defaulted on our contract! We are now in the process of building a home out of state but cannot use the floor plans he forced on us because it is illegal to transfer them to another person. He knew this when he said the $$$900 was for the floor plans. Stay away from him! We tried to get all of our money back but he knew it would cost us more to take him to court and I and my husband both had just had surgery. It is disgusting how he took absolute advantage of our circumstances. Completely unethical business practices and sleazy tactics just to get money. He also played the “disabled vet” card (my husband and I are both disabled vets) although he bragged about getting out of Vietnam by getting a buddy to help him get into school so he could come home. Steer clear from this builder/realtor!
