Worst experience on delivery at Reliance digital store at mantri mall, missed 1item to be delivered. Then took nearly 2 days to deliver the missed item. Due to which installation is delayed ( yet to be installed until the time of this feedback). No proactive approach to inform customer. Lack of callous attitude of delivery team, store managers, not keeping up their own words which they themselves repeated multiple times. Calls go unanswered for atleast 5-10 times before been answered. Whole reason for buying from offline store was promise of quick turnaround on delivery and installation, which was defeated , i could have easily bought from Amazon. Couldn't give ZERO ratings else that's what they deserve.
