I got married in January and was promised my album in April, I didn't get it until more than 9 months after the wedding and I only got it because I was in touch with the photographers wife as she was my makeup artist. He would not pick up my calls, promised to deliver but when I called to ask he'd say no and give excuses, he blocked my number. I had to visit his wife's salon 3 times in Manchester and could only speak to him when his wife called him for me. In the end we got so fed up that I said just give the album and the photos separate and I will fix them in myself. The photos are not amazing, nothing new just standard Asian style photos no special effects just point and click and print. Very intrusive style on the day no natural pictures. Old school and not worth the £600 for video and £600 for photos that I had to pay in full before I even got any album. This photographer ruins the memory of my wedding day it still upsets me 2 years later.
