I am very upset from the very bad perm job done by ace studio. I made an appointment to have my hair perm by ah xiang a week in advance. On arrival, he claimed to be too busy for me and pass me to his assistant claiming that she could do as good a job. What a complete waste of money and time. My curls were so flat, no body could tell I even had a perm. Despite complaining to ah xiang, all he said was sorry. Did not seem sincere. Didn't even suggest any way to rectify the situation. I am just completely disapointed especially after reading so many good reviews. I have high hopes.
